- Business plan creation and development
- Assess business risks
- Develop financial forecasts
Three quarterly meetings to review:
- Latest performance against forecast and impact of your full year
- Progress of priorities and key initiatives developed during strategic planning
- Impact of business risks
- Any other internal or external business developments or initiatives that need to be addressed – such as tax planning, changes in legislation or cost management
