Beans offer an efficient in-house weekly or monthly payroll & PAYE services plus contractor and subcontractor CIS statements for companies across Cheshire.
Clients can come into our premises and sit with us whilst their payroll is done and, being face to face, any client problems can be resolved by us directly rather than through a faceless bureau.
We use RTI and auto enrolment compliant software and we help and give advice at no charge to clients who prefer to run their own payroll.
We can provide regular training and updates for clients on legislation changes.
A great understanding of payroll rules ensures clients’ payroll taxes are kept to a minimum, and we offer expert advice in complicated status issues between employment and self employment.
We offer clients insurance protection against such potential employment status issues.
Our payroll charges are very competitive and costs are £5 plus VAT for the first employee payslip and £1.75 plus VAT for subsequent payslips. So monthly payroll for 3 employees would be £8.50 plus VAT
Payroll set up is a one off charge of £30 plus VAT.
